How Cause and Effect Works
On a "volunteer date" the couple takes part in a fun activity to help a charity group. Examples include face painting for kids at fundraising carnivals, planting at community gardens, and serving meals to those in need. Cause and Effect provides a positive environment for getting to know someone outside of the usual social scene. Dates usually last a couple of hours after which time you can continue the date on your own if you wish.
